Director of Access Policy and Innovation – Hiring in the DC Area

Sick Cells is hiring a Director of Access Policy and Innovation. This role will lead community advocacy and education as it relates to payer policy, Medicaid, and the CMMI Cell and Gene Therapy Access Model initiative. The primary focus of this role will be managing a learning systems project related to sickle cell disease and CGT. This is a leadership role and will work closely with leadership and Community Programs teams.

Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy – Hiring in the DC Area

Sick Cells is hiring a Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy. This is a leadership role and will work closely with the Co-Founder and President to develop and implement government affairs public policy work. The Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy will focus on overseeing the management of Sick Cells’ government affairs and policy work. This role will develop and implement government affairs engagement strategies as well as communicating government affairs and policy agenda priorities to the SCD Community in partnership with the current program staff. This role requires previous experience in government affairs.
